Founded by Justin Francisco, Noform Design Lab is a boundary-pushing creative studio specializing in brand identity, motion design, campaign graphics, and visual storytelling for food & beverage, lifestyle, and institutional clients worldwide.

Noform embraces infinite possibility. Designs emerge from a 'blank-slate' position. It is from 'nothing' that all things are born. By starting without assumptions, we unlock new forms, create bold solutions, and explore uncharted territories.

The design leverages Amex's signature blue palette while introducing kinetic energy through layered geometric patterns and fluid transitions that capture attention on digital displays.

Challenge: Design event graphics that maintain brand consistency while standing out in high-traffic environments.

Solution: Developed looping motion graphics with bold typography and abstract geometric elements that create visual interest without overwhelming the core messaging, optimized for various screen formats and viewing distances.

Loaded Dogs Campaign

Client: Good Vibes Grill

Multi-format promotional campaign for Good Vibes Grill's "Loaded Dogs" menu launch, featuring three signature hot dog styles: Chicago Style, New York Style, and Loaded Jalapeño. The vibrant coral-red design system creates appetite appeal while maintaining versatility across touchpoints.

Deliverables: Created a full suite of assets including digital displays (horizontal & vertical), social media posts, navigation graphics, point-of-sale signage, and print materials in various formats (22x28", 11x17", 8.5x11") to support in-store and digital marketing.

Pizza Bites Campaign

Appetizing promotional campaign for San Marzano's Pizza Bites featuring mouth-watering product photography on rustic presentation. The bold yellow accent against dark textures creates strong shelf presence and drives purchase intent with clear value messaging.

Approach: "Crispy outside, cheesy pepperoni goodness inside" — focused on tactile appeal and comfort food positioning. Developed complete campaign toolkit including combo pricing strategies and multi-channel deployment across digital screens, social platforms, and in-restaurant displays.

Coca-Cola Cherry Campaign

Client: Coca-Cola (via Compass Group Canada)

Services: Product Launch Campaign, Bilingual Design, Multi-format Advertising

National product launch campaign for Coca-Cola Cherry Cerise (Cherry Coke) across Canadian foodservice locations. The playful "Keep Calm and Cherry On" messaging combined with bold magenta branding creates instant recognition and flavor association.

Scope: Delivered bilingual campaign materials across 10+ formats including digital horizontal displays, social media graphics, navigation icons, posters (22x28", 11x17", 8.5x11"), and packaging showcases. Campaign supported rollout across university campuses and institutional dining locations nationwide.

York University — YU Eats Brand Development

Client: York University (via Compass Group Canada)

Developed the comprehensive look and feel for the YU Eats brand — York University's flagship mobile ordering platform. The visual identity system features bold typography with dynamic letterform patterns that create instant recognition while reflecting the energy and diversity of campus life.

Brand Application: The design system extends across multiple touchpoints including the mobile ordering app interface, large-scale environmental murals throughout campus dining halls, digital signage, print collateral, and promotional campaigns. The distinctive red palette and typographic pattern has become synonymous with campus dining at York.

Ongoing Partnership: As part of an ongoing creative partnership with York University, I have been involved in the development and execution of numerous programs and campaigns — from seasonal promotions and student engagement initiatives to wayfinding systems and experiential brand activations that drive app adoption and enhance the campus dining experience.

Humber Eats Brand Identity

Fresh brand identity for Humber College's campus dining mobile ordering platform. The wordmark integrates a playful fork icon within the "H" letterform, creating an immediate connection to food service while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic appropriate for the institutional setting.

Design Thinking: The logo balances approachability with professionalism — bold enough to stand out in a busy campus environment, yet refined enough to represent a premium digital service. The integrated fork element serves as both a literal reference to dining and a visual metaphor for choice and convenience, core values of the mobile ordering experience.

Barrel & Brew Brand Refresh

Client: Barrel & Brew (Campus Dining Concept)

Comprehensive brand refresh for Barrel & Brew, a campus-based beer, wine, and spirits retail concept. The design features bold golden yellow and black branding with craft beverage imagery, creating an approachable yet premium aesthetic for the university market.

Scope: Developed complete environmental branding package including cart/kiosk designs, barrier wraps, signage systems, and branded touchpoints. The modular design system allows for flexible deployment across various retail formats while maintaining strong brand recognition through the distinctive "B&B" mark and craft beer visual language.

The Stacks Event Campaign

Energetic promotional campaign for "The Stacks" dining event featuring bold typography, vibrant gradients, and dynamic motion graphics. The design system balances playful energy with sophisticated color palettes — purples, magentas, and warm oranges create visual excitement while maintaining brand professionalism.

Execution: Multi-format campaign deployment including animated digital displays, large-format posters (22x28"), and social media content optimized for Instagram and campus engagement platforms. The consistent visual language ensures brand recognition across all student touchpoints.

Spooky Stables Event Graphics

Client: Paris Texas (Campus Dining)

Haunting animated graphics for the "Spooky Stables" Halloween event at Paris Texas campus dining location. The motion design features an atmospheric western ghost town aesthetic with dynamic typography and eerie environmental effects that capture the spirit of both the Paris Texas brand and the Halloween season.

Creative Approach: Blended western frontier imagery with supernatural elements — tumbleweeds, saloon silhouettes, and ghostly apparitions create a unique thematic mashup perfect for a memorable dining experience.

Technical Execution: Looping motion graphics optimized for digital menu boards and social media, with subtle animations that maintain viewer engagement without overwhelming the food messaging.
